6. Submitted Materials
Any materials, information, or other communication you transmit or post to this website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. IAML will have no obligations with respect to such communications. IAML and its designees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate, and otherwise use such communications and all data, images, sounds, text, and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.
7. Cancellation Policy
There are a variety of products and services available for purchase through our website. It is assumed that those buying or paying for IAML services and/or products are fully aware of what they are buying/purchasing and that they have read all documentation (product descriptions, advertising, etc.) regarding the product(s) and/or service(s).
Policies regarding cancellations and/or transfers from training courses can be found in the "Registration Fees" section of each individual seminar/webinar page on this website.
Other products, including DVDs and CDs that have been determined to be defective or damaged, can be returned to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
From time to time, IAML may post products, services, etcetera on our website which available from IAML partners, affiliates and associates. IAML does not assume any liability or any responsibility should you purchase a product or service from a third party. In addition, IAML does use marketing partners for our seminars – individuals who register through a seminar via one of these marketing partners must adhere to the payment/refund policies of the marketer that may be different than IAML's policies.
8. Public Forums
We may, from time to time, make online communities, messaging services, chat services, bulletin boards, message boards, blogs, other forums and other such services available on or through the website. In addition to any other rules or regulations that we may post in connection with a particular service, you agree that you will not upload, post, transmit, distribute or otherwise publish through the website or any service or feature made available on or through the website, any materials which:
- Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the website or the website's services
- Are fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, offensive, pornographic, profane, sexually explicit, indecent or are otherwise objectionable to IAML, in its discretion

12. Orders for Products and Services
We may make certain products available to visitors and registrants of the Site. You may only order products if you are 18 years old or older. You agree to pay in full the prices (and all applicable taxes) for any purchases you make either by credit/debit card concurrent with your online order or by other payment means acceptable to IAML.
If we do not receive payment from your credit or debit card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by us. Certain products that you purchase and/or download on or through the website may be subject to additional terms and conditions or fees presented to you at the time of such purchase or download.

If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect.
