Beth Ann Lennon

Beth Ann Lennon is an Associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group at Sherman & Howard. Before joining the firm, she spent two years clerking for the Honorable Paul Olson in Anchorage, Alaska. Since joining Sherman & Howard, Beth Ann has focused her efforts on assisting employers – large and small – in all aspects of their labor and employment law needs, from drafting policies and contracts to providing guidance and representation when faced with agency action or litigation in state or federal court. She believes in a proactive approach to practicing law, focused on obtaining the best possible results for her clients. Comfortable utilizing alternative dispute resolution tools, such as mediation and arbitration, or seeking early resolution through motions practice, Beth Ann has successfully obtained early and cost effective dismissals for her clients.
